The Houston East End Chamber of Commerce Member Spotlight shines on Excargo Services Inc, a Transportation/Trucking Company, specializing in logistic solutions that provide timely services.
As the President of a woman-owned business in a male-dominant industry, Marcia Faschingbauer has taken great strides to ensure that female employees are in leadership positions.
“Transportation/Trucking is evolving – more women are being included in dispatch, warehouse roles and here [Excargo], I have a lot of women leaders,” said Faschingbauer. “When I was growing up, there were very few opportunities for women in supply chain. I’m excited, with the shift in technology, to see opportunities opening for us.”
