2021 BUSINESS GROWTH PROGRAM
2021 is a great time for business owners and executives to assess their business model to gain competitive advantage in the “New Normal.” It is a time to transform their day-to-day operations, maximize employee retention & hiring, and review how they market themselves externally. To do this, executives need to understand where the opportunities are, how to prioritize and how to redesign their organizations to drive change and business growth.
These Business Growth Workshops are free to members and $150 per series for non-members. Each session will be offered in a live virtual format and are built to deliver an opportunity to engage with industry professionals and peers in live discussions and lecture sessions. At the completion of the series, attendees will have tools to navigate and succeed in the new business landscape and receive a certificate of completion at the end of each series.
