Tejas Reaches Highest Ranking in the List's 30 Year Run
Tejas Office Products helped celebrate Hispanic Business magazine's 30th anniversary of publishing the HispanicBusiness 500 list last week. Tejas Office Products was recognized at the 149th spot. The Houston-based office supply company has been included in the top U.S. 500 Hispanic-owned businesses since the list's inception.
"This is Tejas' highest ranking in the 30 years of the list's publication so we're very proud," President Stephen M. Fraga said. "It's important to recognize the efforts of Hispanic leaders and encourage others to pursue business goals. The HispanicBusiness 500 offers an outstanding list of role models for all of us."
Hispanic Business magazine evaluated organizations based on their 2011 revenues. Potential companies were required to be at least 51 percent Hispanic-owned and based in the United States.
